The contract you sent, the bill, the files, the questions they asked you — all in one place, in order, on their phone. They do not install anything and they do not pay anything. And no client can see another one’s page.

Add the client
A name and an email. They get an invite, and their page exists from that moment — with your business name and your colour on it, not ours.

Send them things
A contract to sign, a bill to pay, a form to fill in, a list to work through. Each one turns up on their page with a button saying exactly what to do with it.

They come back to it
Nothing has to be searched for again. Weeks later the contract they signed and the receipt for what they paid are still sitting there, in the same place they first found them.

Your own web address
Your portal lives at your business name plus our domain — not a shared link that could belong to anybody. It is an address you can send a new client without explaining it.
A public page as well
Somewhere for people who have not hired you yet: what you do, what it costs, how to get in touch. Press Change design and scroll through 10 looks — every one shown with your own words in your own colours, so you choose by looking — and it is on every plan.
Your colour on everything a client sees
Pick it once during setup and it carries across the public page and every client’s own page. There is no styling to keep straight by hand.
One client can never see another
A client only ever opens their own page. Not a shared folder with permissions on it — separate from the ground up, so there is no setting to get wrong.
Add the parts you need
Every portal has documents, bills and messages. You can add a progress board, a picture gallery, a file drop, a reading list, a booking calendar or a checklist — per client, only where it helps.
Nothing to write
These are already written. You just send them.

Straight answers
A couple of things worth asking.
Do my clients need to install anything?
No. It is a web page. They open the link you send them, on any phone or laptop, and there is nothing for them to download and nothing for them to pay.
Can I run two businesses from one account?
One account runs one business, with as many clients as your plan allows. A second, separate business needs its own account.
What happens when a job finishes?
You mark that client finished, which frees their place for somebody new. Nothing of theirs is deleted, and you can bring them back later.
