The client portal

One private, branded place for every client.

A client portal is the thing you send instead of an email thread: one address, with your business name in it, where a client signs in and sees exactly what's theirs — their steps, their documents, their invoice, their agreement, and a way to reach you. Nobody else's client sees it, and it looks like you built it, because you did — you picked the pages, not us.

How it works

Three steps, start to finish.

No configuration screen full of settings to get right first — pick it, write it, send it.

  1. 01

    Pick a template

Choose the starting point closest to how you work. It arrives with a working set of pages already written, not a blank canvas asking you to design one — and you can add, remove or rewrite any of them afterwards.

  2. 02

    Publish your own address

Your portal gets its own web address with your business name in it, plus a public page in one of three layouts — set your brand colour once and it carries across every page a client sees.

  3. 03

    Invite each client separately

Every client signs in to see only the pages assigned to them. Share a page with everyone, or with one client alone — either way, nobody sees anyone else’s portal.

What's included

What this actually does.

Read from the product, not written to sound impressive — every line below is true of the module as it ships.

01

Your own web address

Your portal lives at your business name plus our domain, not a shared link that could belong to any business. It is the address you send a new client, not a login page they have to be told to trust.

02

A public page in one of three layouts

Classic, Bold or Minimal — the same content, three different compositions. Change layouts without rewriting anything; the words carry across.

03

Show a page to one client, or to everyone

Every page is either shared with the whole portal or assigned to a single client. A one-off agreement stays with the one client who needs to see it.

04

Your brand colour on every page

Set it once in setup and it applies across the public page and every client-facing screen — no per-page styling to keep consistent by hand.

05

All 10 modules, arranged how you like

Welcome, steps, intake, documents, resources, scheduling, messages, invoices, e-signatures and offboarding — add the ones you need, reorder them, and none of them are held back for a higher tier.

Straight answers

A couple of things worth asking.

Can I change the template after I’ve picked one?

Yes. A template only seeds a starting set of pages — add, remove or rewrite any of them afterwards. Nothing stays locked to the template you started with.

Do my clients need to install anything?

No. A portal is a website. Clients sign in with the invite you send them, on any device with a browser.

Can I run more than one portal?

One payment sets up one business’s portal, with as many clients and pages inside it as you like. A second, separate business needs its own.

Ready when you are

Send your next client somewhere better than a email thread.

Every module on this page comes with the one payment — nothing here is held back for a higher tier, because there is no higher tier.
