For agencies

A client portal built for agencies — pay once.

A client’s experience of your agency depends on which producer they got, because every project runs through whichever mix of tools that person prefers. This gives every client the same front door.

Sound familiar

What this usually looks like.

  1. 01

One project manager works in email, another in a shared drive link, so what "working with your agency" feels like depends entirely on who a client got assigned.

  2. 02

A client asks "where are my files" or "did you get my brief", and someone has to go dig through three tools to answer.

  3. 03

The kickoff brief and the deposit invoice arrive through two unrelated tools, so a client is asked to check two different places before work has even started.

What replaces it

The modules that cover this.

Real pieces of the product, not a promise of what could be built.

01

Welcome

The same first impression for every client, regardless of who is running their project.

02

Steps

Check the files, review the invoice, say hello — the studio kickoff, laid out once.

03

Documents

Deliverables and client uploads in one place per client, not scattered by whoever sent them.

04

Invoices

The project invoice, paid online, without a separate finance-team email.

05

Messages

One thread per client, not one inbox per producer.

Where to start

Your starting template.

Every template builds a complete set of pages, already written — rewrite any of it, nothing is locked.

Studio / Agency

6 pages

For studios and agencies delivering project work, sharing files, and billing clients.

The Studio template is built for project-based delivery — files, an invoice and a message thread — without a CRM’s worth of machinery neither you nor the client needs to see.

Straight answers

A couple of things worth asking.

We run more than one project per client at a time.

A portal is per client, not per project — today, multiple projects for one client share the same files, invoice and message space, rather than getting separate portals.

Can different team members log in separately?

No — there is one owner login per portal. If your team each needs their own sign-in, this is not the right tool yet.
