Starting a new client
Everything a new client has to do, on one page.
A new client normally means five things landing in five places: a hello, a contract, a form of questions, a link to book a time, a bill. Send them here instead and they are all on one page in the order you want them done, each with a button saying what it needs — and you can see what they have got through without having to ask.
No card. Two questions. Your first 2 clients are free.
How it works
Three steps, start to finish.
No settings screen to get right first. Pick the thing, change the words, send it.
- 01
Send the first three things
The contract, the questions you always ask, and the list of what you need from them. All three are already written and sitting in your library on the day you sign up.
- 02
They work through it
Each thing says what to do — read and sign, fill this in, work through it, pick a time. They can do them in any order; nothing is locked behind anything else.
- 03
You watch it get done
Anything you have asked for shows as still waiting until they do it. No "just checking you got my email" — you can see for yourself.
What's included
What it actually does.
Read off the product rather than written to sound impressive — every line below is true of it as it ships today.
The questions, already written
A new-client questionnaire ships with the free plan. Change any question, delete the ones that do not fit, add your own — short answer, long answer, a choice, a date or an amount.
A list they tick off
A plain list of what has to happen before real work starts. Either of you can tick an item, in any order — it keeps you both honest about what is left, rather than blocking anything.
Write it once, send it to everyone
Anything you send can be kept in your library and sent again to the next client, so the second client takes a minute instead of an afternoon.
A booking link, if you use one
Paste your existing Calendly or Cal.com link and they can pick a time from the same page as everything else, rather than from a separate email.
If you change it later, they know
Edit something you have already sent and the copy they are looking at is marked as out of date, so nobody is left signing last week’s version by accident.
Nothing to write
These are already written. You just send them.
19 documents come with your portal — contracts, forms, checklists and two short guides about money. 5 documents are on the free plan, the rest on any paid one. Every word in them is yours to change, and they are starting points rather than legal advice.

Straight answers
A couple of things worth asking.
Can I make them finish one step before they see the next?
No. Everything you send is visible and can be done in any order. It is meant to be a clear list, not an obstacle course — and the honest reason people stall is usually that they cannot find the thing, not that they were allowed to skip it.
Do I have to write the contract and the questions myself?
No, and that is most of the point. 5 documents are in your library on day one and all 19 documents come with any paid plan. They are starting points written for US service businesses, not legal advice — read what you send and change what does not fit.
Where do their answers go?
Onto that client’s page, where you can read them any time. Nothing is emailed anywhere and nothing is exported anywhere.
Ready when you are
