For accountants & bookkeepers
A client portal for accountants and bookkeepers — pay once.
The engagement letter gets signed in one back-and-forth, the retainer paid in another, and the intake details collected somewhere else again. This puts the whole start of the relationship in one place.
Sound familiar
What this usually looks like.
- 01
Getting a new client’s engagement letter signed and the first invoice paid means two separate back-and-forths — a signing tool and a payment link — that never share a home.
- 02
Intake details worth keeping close to the engagement letter — entity type, prior bookkeeping software, filing history — get collected through a form that lives nowhere near it.
- 03
Every new-client season means repeating the same document chase by hand, one email at a time.
What replaces it
The modules that cover this.
Real pieces of the product, not a promise of what could be built.
E-signature
The engagement letter, signed by typed name, timestamped and fingerprinted.
Invoices
The retainer or first invoice, paid online into your own Stripe account.
Intake
Customise the intake to ask about entity type, prior software, and what they’re hoping to get sorted first.
Steps
Sign, pay, tell us about your business, book the kickoff — the same order every time.
Documents
Prior filings and statements exchanged in one place, not attached across a dozen emails.
Where to start
Your starting template.
Every template builds a complete set of pages, already written — rewrite any of it, nothing is locked.
Consultancy
7 pagesFor consultants and agencies who sign an agreement, take payment, then get to work.
Bookkeeping and accounting engagements start the same shape as a consulting one — a signed agreement before payment, then intake — so the Consultancy template fits, even though the work itself is numbers rather than strategy.

Straight answers
A couple of things worth asking.
Can I collect a recurring monthly retainer?
Not automatically — there is no recurring billing built in yet. You raise each invoice yourself when it is due, which for many bookkeeping retainers is monthly by hand.
Is the e-signature enough for an engagement letter?
It is a simple electronic signature — timestamped and fingerprinted, but not a certified e-signature service. For anything that needs to hold up formally, check with your own professional judgment first.
