Pricing
$199. Once. That is the page.
No per-seat pricing, no client tiers, no feature held back for a plan above yours — there is no plan above yours. Everything below is what the one payment buys, and everything it does not.

What $199 does not buy.
Better to read this now than to discover it on a Tuesday.
A custom domain
Your portal lives at your business name plus our domain today. Your own domain is the first thing on the optional-extra list below.
A second login
One owner account runs the portal. If you have staff who each need their own sign-in, this is not the right tool yet.
Card processing
Stripe charges its own fee on every payment your clients make, and we take a small share too. Both are set out below in full.
Coming later
One optional extra, when it exists.
Written down now so it is not a surprise later — and so you can see how small it is.
$30 a month
Planned · not for sale yet
We plan one optional subscription later: your portal on your own domain name, plus AI help writing your pages and your onboarding steps. It is an addition, not an unlock — every module, every client and every page listed above keeps working without it, forever, on the one payment you already made.
It has no launch date and no checkout button yet. When it exists it will be opt-in: ignore it and nothing about the portal you already bought changes.
The arithmetic
What the same first year costs.
Portal tools are normally sold by the month. Here is that comparison done honestly: our one payment against Hubflo's published plans, taken from their pricing page in August 2026. Their plans include things ours does not — the comparison page has the full list.
| Plan | Per month | First year | Every year after |
|---|---|---|---|
| OurPortallaunch price | — | $199 | $0 |
| Hubflo Starter1 seat · 50 clients | $67 | $804 | $804 |
| Hubflo Business3 seats · 300 clients | $142 | $1,704 | $1,704 |
| Hubflo Unlimited4 seats · no client cap | $262 | $3,144 | $3,144 |
Hubflo prices are the monthly rate their pricing page shows on yearly billing, multiplied by twelve, as of August 2026; their Enterprise plan is quoted rather than published, so it is not in the table. Extra team members cost more on every one of their plans. Neither column includes the card processing fees you pay when a client pays you — those are the same tools either way, and ours are set out below.
The honest version of that table: if you need what their higher plans do — staff logins, an app your clients install, your accounting software wired in — then the yearly figure is buying you real things, and you should pay it. If you are one person with ten clients who needs them to have a professional place to land, you are being asked to rent that forever. $199 is about 3 months of the cheapest of those plans.
The other cost
What we take when a client pays you.
This is the only other money involved, so it gets a section rather than a footnote.
- Our share
- 2% of each invoice a client pays through your portal. On a $1,000 invoice that is $20.
- Stripe’s share
- Stripe charges its own card processing fee on top, at whatever rate Stripe has agreed with you. That money goes to Stripe, not to us, and you would pay it with any tool that takes card payments.
- Where it lands
- In your Stripe account. You connect your own; the payment is made to you and our share rides along on it. We never hold your money, so there is no payout schedule to wait on and nothing of yours sitting in our balance.
- Opting out
- Bill however you like. Bank transfer, your existing invoicing app, a cheque — nothing forces a payment through the portal, and we take nothing from work billed outside it.
Straight answers
Questions about the money.
Including the ones we would rather you asked before paying than after.
Why $199 once instead of a monthly plan?
Because a portal is not a thing you should have to keep renting. You are signing your first clients; every monthly charge you take on is money you have to earn back before you have earned anything. We would rather be the tool you buy and forget than the ninth line on your card statement.
Will the price go up?
It might — that is what launch price means, and we would rather write it down than imply a promise we have not made. What will not change is what you paid: if you buy at $199, the portal you bought keeps working at $199. A later increase applies to later buyers.
What exactly do you take when a client pays me?
2% of the payment, and nothing else. Stripe charges its own processing fee on top of that, which goes to Stripe, not to us. On a $1,000 invoice our share is $20. The money lands in your own Stripe account — we never hold it, and we never touch work you bill outside the portal.
Is there a free trial?
No, and pretending otherwise would waste your time. There is no trial to expire and no card kept on file, because there is nothing to cancel. If a one-off payment for a tool you can see the whole of is not the trade you want, a monthly product with a trial is a genuinely better fit — the comparison page says which one and why.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing, because there is nothing to stop paying. No renewal, no card on file, no dunning email. Your portal keeps serving your clients whether you sign in weekly or twice a year.
Do my clients pay anything?
No. Clients sign in free, on any number of devices, for as long as you work together. The only money that moves between you is an invoice you send them.
Can I get a refund?
Get in touch and say so. This is a small operation, not a support queue with a policy page — if you bought a portal and it is not the thing you thought you were buying, we will sort it out.
One payment, then nothing
Buy it once. Get on with the work.
$199 today, your first client invited this evening, and no renewal date to remember afterwards.
