For coaches

A client portal built for coaches — pay once.

A new client fills out a form in one tool, books a session in another, and finds your resources in a shared doc, if they find them at all. This puts the sequence in one place, in order.

Sound familiar

What this usually looks like.

  1. 01

The "get to know you" form lives in a separate account from the booking link, which lives separately again from wherever your notes and resources are kept.

  2. 02

A client can show up to session one without having done any of the groundwork, because nothing in the process actually made "do this, then that" visible to them.

  3. 03

Between sessions, a quick question from a client arrives by text, email or DM depending on their mood that day, and you end up tracking three inboxes for one relationship.

What replaces it

The modules that cover this.

Real pieces of the product, not a promise of what could be built.

01

Welcome

A warm first page before the intake form, so the relationship starts as a person, not a form.

02

Intake

What they want to work on, whether they’ve worked with a coach before, and when they’re free.

03

Scheduling

Your existing booking link, embedded, so there is nothing extra for a client to find.

04

Resources

What is worth reading before the first session, kept where the client already is.

05

Messages

A quiet, private way to reach you between sessions — not a text you might miss.

Where to start

Your starting template.

Every template builds a complete set of pages, already written — rewrite any of it, nothing is locked.

Coach / Practitioner

6 pages

For coaches and practitioners onboarding a new client with an intake form and a booked session.

The Coach template puts intake before booking before resources, on purpose — a client arrives at session one having actually done the groundwork, because the portal shows them the order rather than assuming they will guess it.

Straight answers

A couple of things worth asking.

Can clients book directly through the portal?

Yes — the scheduling module embeds your existing Calendly, Cal.com, SavvyCal or TidyCal link, so booking happens on the same page as everything else.

Do I need my own website first?

No. Your portal comes with its own public page, so it can be the first thing a prospective client sees, not just the place existing clients sign in.

Ready when you are
